Peppermint Simple Syrup
Peppermint Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- 0.5 oz. Peppermint Simple Syrup
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. espresso
- 0.5 oz. coffee liqueur
- Coffee beans (to garnish)
- Ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans.
Peppermint Drop
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Peppermint Simple Syrup
- 3 oz. vodka
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- Ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Iced Peppermint Cold Brew Coffee
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Peppermint Simple Syrup
- 8 oz. cold brew coffee
- 1.5 oz. milk or cream
- Ice
Directions
- Add ice to a tall glass and pour in syrup.
- Pour in cold brew coffee and mix in milk or cream.
Pomegranate Simple Syrup
Sparkler Royale
Ingredients
- 0.5 oz. Pomegranate Simple Syrup
- 5 oz. sparkling wine or champagne
Directions
- Pour syrup into a sugared champagne flute.
- Add sparkling wine or champagne.
Pomegranate Martini
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Pomegranate Simple Syrup
- 3 oz. vodka
- Dash of Cointreau
- Maraschino cherry (to garnish)
- Ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a cherry.
Pomegranate Paloma
Ingredients
- 0.5 oz. Pomegranate Simple Syrup
- 3 oz. sparkling grapefruit juice
- 2 oz. tequila
- 0.5 oz. lime juice
- Lime wheel
- Ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients but the grapefruit juice into a shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with sparkling grapefruit juice.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
White Ginger Simple Syrup
Gingerbread Latte
Ingredients
- 3 oz. White Ginger Simple Syrup
- 1 shot of espresso
- 8 oz. milk
Directions
- Prep your espresso shot.
- Pour syrup and milk into milk frother or into a cup to froth with a frothing wand.
- Pour espresso into a mug, then top with frothed milk.
Spicy Ginger Sangria Pitcher
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Sonoma Syrup Co. White Ginger Simple Syrup
- 1 bottle red wine of your choice
- 2 persimmons or fall apples, sliced
- 0.5 cup mission figs, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- Sparkling water
- Ice
Directions
- To a large pitcher, add syrup, wine, and fruit.
- Put the pitcher in the fridge for up to a day.
- To serve, fill tall glasses with ice and fill about ⅔ of the glass with sangria.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with any leftover fruit slices.
Mulled & Gingered Cider
Ingredients
- 4 oz. White Ginger Simple Syrup
- 8 cups apple cider
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
- Cinnamon sticks (to garnish)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a large pot.
- Set on the stove and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve in punch cups and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
