Who doesn't love a mimosa on a Sunday morning? The brunch classic - orange juice and sparkling wine - is the perfect way to fight the Sunday Scaries. But what if you're in the mood for something a bit sweeter? Or a bit more tart? We decided to put our twist on the classic cocktail in three different ways:
Peach Ginger Mimosa
- Add a splash of White Ginger Simple Syrup to your champagne glass
- Fill the glass up half way with your favorite sparkling wine
- Fill the rest of the glass with peach juice
- Top with more bubbles
Cranberry Lime Mimosa

Grapefruit Pomegranate Mimosa
