Ingredients

2 oz White Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1½ oz Coconut Milk
1 oz Coconut Water
½ oz Sonoma Syrup Co. Lime Simple Syrup
1–1½ cups Ice
Fresh pineapple or a lime wheel, for garnish

Directions

Blend: Add rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, coconut water, Lime Simple Syrup, and ice to a blender.
Pour: Blend until silky and frozen, then pour into a chilled glass.
Garnish: Finish with fresh pineapple or a lime wheel.
