Ingredients

6 red apples cored to ½ inch of base and ½ inch of skin peeled away with vegetable peeler around the top of each apple
2 tbsp. butter
¾ cup Sonoma Syrup Co. Vanilla Bean Simple Syrup
Whipped cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange apples in a roasting pan.
Pour Simple Syrup into each apple core. Add 1 tsp. of butter inside each core.
Bake for 40 to 60 minutes until soft when pierced with a knife.
Pour the remaining syrupy glaze over each apple, top whipped cream and serve warm.
