2 cups apple cider

2 Tbsp White Ginger Simple Syrup
- 2 shots whiskey
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 cardamom pods
- pinch of cloves
- pinch of black peppercorns
Directions
Add 1 Tbsp of White Ginger Simple Syrup to each mug.
- In a pot, add apple cider, cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods and peppercorns. Bring to a simmer. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture from pot to mugs, then add a shot of whiskey to each mug.
